we recommend that you bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • Any props you like to use in your practice
  • A journal
  • A water bottle
  • A few light snacks to keep in your bag
  • A jacket ( The weather can be cool especially in the mornings and evenings)
  • Shoes with backs ( To ride the chairlift you must wear tennis shoes or sandals with backs)
